Remove the line which causes this from smali files.

Rebuilt using --copy-original flag, no need of signing and don't
resign with any other tool.

MmTelFeatureConnection/IMSPhoneTracker all try to achieve the same
thing, attempt to change the capability feature list to enable
true Voice over LTE support.

Any kind of modification with apktool without using --copy-original
option will break the apk.

Do not sign the apk, else it will break. Just use --copy-original
flag and we are fine.
